Slightly off topic, but your detailing of physical frustration reminded me of an interview with the massive Alan Ritchson as he was preparing for his role as REACHER.

All the discipline, all the effort, and no results, constantly tired, drained.

The solution?

Testosterone.

Taking in liquid masc juice got the energy up and the bulk on.

Ritchson in Reacher is MASSIVE. Most people aren't looking to pack on that much weight, certainly not in a short amount of time, and it isn't necessarily healthy to do so with or without testosterone.

You're not supposed to see gains every day, or every week, or even every month once you're at an advanced enough level. You put in the work, but also the rest and recovery time (which is when the muscle is actually built and renews, gets stronger so you can progress, the workout is just the stimulus.) Listen to your body, and always vary the exercises every few months for new stumulus and not to hit your body with the exact same thing until it breaks. The problem with doing HIIT or extreme stretching, etc. is it's the same thing, too often. Sometimes just do a gentle mobility routine. If your diet is on point then you don't need to "burn fat" in any sort of special tricksy way. It just takes time.

If work is about making your boss happy, workouts are about making your body happy. If it isn't, there won't be long term gains without a blowout. And if you overuse testosterone or other enhancers, the longterm health issues will still come, later if not sooner.

Love what you do, do what you can, reevaluate occassionally, and have patience. Everything else is just impatience disguised.
