I fully agree with the sentiment here and think "lack of imagination" is only getting worse. There is a super majority of students who cannot imagine a new world. And worse, they are apathetic toward changing their current situation and the current system.
That's very kind of you to say, Brad! I don't think there's a silver bullet for this (or anything else) but I know that, if there's a way to make things better, it starts with reading considered, well-researched nonfiction.
I know you're right, there is no easy fix. I think people who don't spend as much time on social media are better off but social media is not going away. It's something to ponder on.
